How do I sync my Nova Band with the mobile app?
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Open the Nova app, select 'Add Device', and follow the on-screen instructions while holding your band close to your phone.
What is the expected battery life?
Under typical usage, the Nova Band lasts up to 7 days on a single charge. Using high-frequency heart rate monitoring may reduce this to 5 days.
Is the Nova Band waterproof for swimming?
Yes, the Nova Band is rated 5ATM, meaning it is water-resistant up to 50 meters. It is suitable for pool swimming and showering.
How do I update the firmware?
Firmware updates are handled automatically via the Nova app. When an update is available, you will receive a notification prompting you to install it.
